1 gallon sweet apple cider
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 teaspoon whole allspice
2 3'' cinnamon sticks
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Put all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; boil 10 minutes. Strain, if desired.
