You should be able to pick up baanna liquor at any liquor store. There aren't alot of brands out there, but 99 Bananas is an awesome brand. It will work wonderfully for cooking. Also, at Christmas time, you can mix 99 Bananas and a dash of peppermint schnapps (about 3 to 1 baanna to peppermint) in a shot glass. Sounds weird, but it's tasty.

This is an awesome recpie. It is different than most bread machine recpies because you put the yeast in and let it activate. Normally it is the last thing put into a bread machine. I also like to make croutons with it!

In large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and nuts just until moistened. Pour batter into pans.

Bake 8-inch loaves 1 hour, 9-inch loaf 1-1/4 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool about 1 hour before slicing.
