1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1/3 cup brandy
Mix ice cream and brandy in blender. Freeze.
Spoon into sherbet glasses and serve with Christmas cookies.
Note: Other liqueurs, such as creme de cocoa, creme de menthe, etc., may be substituted for brandy.
Note: Do not add more than 1/3 cup liqueur or ice cream will not freeze.
