There are NO foods that you CAN NOT eat. You can eat anything in the poperr portion for you. I personally choose to eat no cane sugar or foods made with them. By doing this, it makes my other food choices much easier. i follow a simple phrase in my food choices.Avoid the whites (Sugar, Bleached Flour, White Rice, Potatoes in other words carbs.)Avoid meats with fur.Eat meats with feathers or fins.Following this method of eating, I took my A1C from 9.9% to 5.9% in under six months. Your glucose levels are what are important as a diabetic. Your A1C is an average of about three months af your glucose levels.Good Luck!
