Kelly, this is so cool! It's going to be neat to read about what you do and maybe even encourage me to do some of it., I'm relaly interested in doing the spreadable butter and I may try the cinnamon roll recipe. 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar\\
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened\\

1/2 teaspoon baking soda\\
1/2 teaspoon salt\\
3 cups quick-cooking oats\\
1 (6 ounce) package (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350F. Mix sugar, margarine, egg, water and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 5-1/2 dozen cookies.
