        Preheat oven to 375F.  Pour cake mix into a large bowl.  Stir in eggs, oil and lemon extract until well blended.  Drop teaspoonsful of dough in a bowl of confectioner's sugar.  Roll around until lightly covered.  Roll in ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for 6 to 9 minutes in preheated oven until the bottoms are light brown.
