Glaze:\\

2 tablespoons cornstarch\\
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice\\
1 teaspoon lemon juice

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/3 cup granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange the strawberries, oranges and blueberries (also bananas, kiwi and pineapple chunks, if desired) on top in a circular pattern or another pleasing pattern.\\
For glaze: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple juice and lemon juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly. Brush over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.
