1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups Cool Whip
2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Additional Cool Whip
Additional chopped nuts

Mix together with pastry cutter, the butter and flour. Add nuts. Pat into 12 x 8-inch pan and bake at 350F. for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Stir in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Blend together pudding, milk, lemon juice and lemon peel. Let thicken. Spread over cream mixture.
Spread additonal Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Total Cool Whip - 1 large and 1 small carton
