Hi, Francine I do not follow a non-dairy diet and do not taypcilly bake with non-dairy ingredients. It seems like a substitution that could work, though I am not really sure how the cake would turn out with the tofu sour cream. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!

3 (7.5 ounce) tubes refrigerated biscuits\\
1 tablespoon cinnamon\\
1 cup sugar\\
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted\\
1 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a bundt pan. Set aside.\\
Separate biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place cinnamon and granulated sugar in a plastic bag and add biscuit pieces a few at a time to coat. Place pieces evenly in bundt pan.\\
Mix butter and brown sugar. Pour over biscuit pieces and bake at 350F. for 30 minutes. Turn upside-down on serving plate. Remove bundt pan.
