2 (6 ounce) packages chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 (16 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows

In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips. When they start getting soft, stir into a paste. Add condensed milk and mix well. Add vanilla. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
Stir in walnuts and marshmallows. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill. Cut into 2-inch squares.

Note: Let chocolate cool slightly or marshmallows will melt.
