2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup(1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 6 oz. pkg. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips, if desired Frosting:
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 square unsweetened chocolate
Reserved cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 lb. (3 cups) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. In large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 square chocolate over low heat. Add remaining Bar ingredients. Blend well. Spread in prepared pan. In small bowl, combine 6 oz. (3/4 pkg.) cream cheese with next five (5) Filling ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over Bar mixture.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows; bake 2 minutes longer. Let cool while preparing Frosting.
In large saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter, 1 square chocolate, remaining 2 oz. cream cheese and milk over low heat. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla; blend until smooth. Immediately pour over marshmallows; swirl together. Store in refrigerator. Cut into bars.

Note: Use fresh marshmallows
