5 cups flour
4 sticks butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Lemon, vanilla or almond flavoring

Work the above ingredients together with hands until a ball forms, like dough. Roll into little balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 300F.
