In mixer bowl, cream oil and butter or margarine. Add sugars and cream some more. Add eggs and beat. Add remaining ingredients.\\
Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.\\
Bake at 350F. for 10 minutes.
