2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 pound salmon fillet
Sea salt
Lemon wedges, if desired

Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes and parsley. (May be done up to 8 hours ahead.)
Put salmon in a shallow baking dish and add marinade. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
Heat grill to medium-hot or preheat oven to 425F. (If baking in the oven, cook 10 minutes for each inch of thickness.)
