2 tablespoons butter or margarine\\
2 eggs\\
1/4 cup flour\\
1/3 cup milk

Heat oven to 425F. Put butter in a glass 8 or 9-inch pie plate. Melt in oven.\\
Mix together eggs, flour and milk with a fork. Batter may be lumpy. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar.
