Haha.... Yes, I can imagine that! MAy be you can do that after scoohl reopen... But u know what? I am very very interested to make the Japanese cheese cake that you've made!! I used to make very very light and smooth top Jpanese cotton cheese cake ( even after it's cooled). Just like the one selling at Fiesta. But I dono why now I can no longer make the same one. Of course, I hv not been making it for quite a long time. Think I've forgoten the important tricks to make the right cake... Sigh...
