6 chicken breasts, deboned
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Preheat oven to 375F. Melt butter and mix with all other ingredients except chicken. Roll chicken in mixture to cover both sides. Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish and pour remaining sauce over it. Bake for 40 minutes at 375F.
