3 pounds chicken breasts or cut-up fryer parts
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Remove skin and fat from chicken pieces. Place in a foil-lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch or broiler pan.
Mix together ketchup, soy sauce and brown sugar. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat thoroughly.
Bake uncovered in 350F. oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn once.
Note: May be marinated all day in sauce before baking for extra goodness.
