4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts\\
Salsa, mild or medium

Preheat oven to 375F. Pat dry chicken breasts; place one in the center
of a piece of aluminum foil about 8 inches square. Fold pointed,
thin end of the chicken under the thick end, so the meat will cook evenly;
top with 3 tablespoons salsa. Wrap well and fold the edges of the foil
to seal the salsa inside. Repeat with remaining chicken. Bake 35 minutes.\\
If using frozen chicken breast halves, bake 45 to 50 minutes.\\
Serve with rice, pasta, beans or plain baked potato.
