1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
1 (2 lb.) package Tater Tots
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper until partly done; drain. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish. Add corn. Place tater tots in rows over corn and ground beef mixture. Mix soup and evaporated milk in small bowl. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350F. for 1-1/4 hours.
