The best recipe ever!! I have my Hello Kitty wlfafe maker for more than 2 years and that's the 2nd time that I use it. Because the first time I tried another recipe and it was terrible!! I am glad that I tried again!! =D

1 cup all-purpose flour\\
2 teaspoons baking powder\\
1 teaspoon sugar\\
1/4 teaspoon salt\\
1 cup milk\\
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted\\
1 egg, separated

Heat the waffle iron. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in milk, margarine and egg yolk until blended.\\
Beat egg white in a small bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form; fold flour mixture into egg white.\\
Pour about 2/3 cup of the batter onto center of the hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully. Repeat with remaining batter.
Make three 8-inch waffles.
