Vava I love mayonnaise, but I do think the salad would still be good wiothut it, more German style.FoodFeud I think the lettuce really made the plates look good, especially since it was some fancy artisan lettuce. Molly Get ready to see more potato salad as the weather warms up!Shen My mother puts pickle juice in her potato salad. It's good, but I can't eat it any more because she puts egg in it.

A great potato salad is eesair than you think. I'll attach a recipe but you can also go to the website and watch a how to video that will make it even eesair. Great cookin' to ya'!Della’s World Class Recipe For Potato Salad (Even folks who don’t like potato salad, like my mother-in-law's recipe for potato salad. Its really good!)Ingredients: •4 – 5 Medium to Large Potatoes Washed•2–3 Hard Boiled Eggs (Add additional egg for presentation – 4th egg)•3/4 Cup Mayo•3/4 Cup Miracle Whip•1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard•2 Tablespoons of Sugar•Salt and Pepper To Taste•1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion•1/2 Cup Chopped Celery•PaprikaDirections: 4-5 medium to large potatoes washed (place in large pot with enough water to cover potatoes and boil for about 30 minutes (until a fork pierces them easily). Also boil 2 to 3 eggs (I put them in the same pot as the potatoes and pull them out after about 15 minutes). You’ll need about 1 1/2 cups of this dressing which consists of half real mayo and half Miracle Whip, 1/4 cup yellow mustard, 1 TBLS. Sugar. Mix the dressing in a mixing bowl. After the potatoes have finished cooking, drain water and let cool. Once cool, peel and cut in chunks into serving bowl. Peel hardboiled eggs and cut up and mix into potatoes. Add green onion in with the potato and egg. Sprinkle the other tablespoon of sugar over the potatoes and add plenty of salt and pepper (to taste). Stir dressing into the potatoes. I always boil an extra egg and slice up over the top and sprinkle with additional chopped green onion and a little paprika for a pretty presentation.
