1 package herb & butter rice mix
1 cup cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
1 cup pineapple
1 cup red seedless grapes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder
Sliced almonds

Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Combine chicken, pineapple and grapes in large bowl. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry powder.
Add mayonnaise mixture and cooled rice to chicken. Toss lightly. Garnish with sliced almonds.
