1/4 cup granulated sugar
1-1/2 tablespoons onion juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients except the oil and poppy seeds in an electric blender until they are well mixed. Add the oil gradually while continuing to blend. Stir in poppy seeds and refrigerate.
Serve with Romaine, Grapefruit and Toasted Almond Salad.
