12 to 14 ounces tuna or imitation krab
2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and chilled
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Fold together tuna or imitation krab, celery, onion and peas. Set aside. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Just before serving, add dressing and noodles to salad mixture.
