1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
1 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 (2-1/4 ounce) can sliced olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Dressing:
1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

Cook orzo according to package directions; drain. Cool. Add red pepper, feta, olives and basil to orzo.
Combine dressing ingredients and toss with orzo mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
