2 (3 ounce) packages lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups 7-Up
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup small marshmallows
2 large bananas, sliced
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter, cooled
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Mix together jello, water and 7-Up. Cool. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Let set in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bring pineapple juice to a boil. Mix together sugar and flour. Add to pineapple juice and cook until thick. Add egg and butter. Cool. Fold in whipping cream and spread over the top of the jello mixture.
