Heat oven to 400F. Scrape out seeds in squash halves; place cut-side-up in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. In small bowl, combine orange juice, raisins, nutmeg, salt and pepper; divide evenly among halves. Add 1 teaspoon margarine to each half. Fill pan with 1 inch of water; cover with foil. Bake at 400F. for 30 minutes. Uncover; continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
