Just made these last night! While my mom's allergen-laden ceiooks are amazing (choco chip, coconut, pecans/walnuts . butter ), they're also not worth provoking my dairy intolerance. These are super freaking delicious! And I'm very surprised at how indistinguishable the Eat Good (trying to remember the brand off the top of my head) chocolate chips are from regular semi-sweet chips! These ceiooks are wonderful! Thank you! Also bought your book off Amazon last night based on these ceiooks looking forward to making more great issue-free baked goods.

Changed line 14 from:
Quarter apples; remove core; cook in pressure cooker with 1/3 cup water. Turn on high heat; when gauge begins to rock - turn to low heat; cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat until pressure goes down. Put through strainer. Add about 1/2 cup sugar per bowl of applesauce.
