1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Bread

Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon. Lightly toast bread. Spread with sugar and cinnamon mixture and broil about 2 minutes or until spread caramelizes to a bubbly brown. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
