4 cups red bliss portatoes, unpeeled, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1-1/2 teaspoons crushed dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan and toss thoroughly to coat potatoes with seasonings.
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350F. Uncover pan and roast the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately.
