Hi Tommy, Boring is OK with me. Finding a food that I like makes it easier besuace I can freak over making a decision as to what to eat. That can lead to poor choices for me. So, I stick with routine menus 80% of the time.

Note: Add the bold flavor of wild mushrooms to these mashed potatoes by soaking 1/4 cup of dried shiitake, porcini or black trumpet mushrooms in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Drain well, chop and stir in with the cheese.
