2 teaspoons salt\\
1 quart buttermilk\\
1 (15 ounce) box Raisin Bran Flakes\\
2 tablespoons flaxseed

Mix all ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400F. for 15 to 20 minutes.\\
Store batter in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Note: Use 2 cups buttermilk if making a half batch.
