1 pound Brussels sprouts\\ 4 slices bacon\\ 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil\\ 6 cloves garlic, minced\\ 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard\\ 2 tablespoons honey\\ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika\\ 1/2 teaspoon sea salt\\ 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper; set aside. Trim ends off Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Reserve in a large mixing bowl. Dice bacon slices and sprinkle over sprouts.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, mustard, honey, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until very well combined and pour over reserved sprouts and bacon. Mix to coat evenly and spread in a single layer in prepared pan.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice, until sprouts are tender and golden and bacon is crispy.
