1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Sherry or white wine
Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients except crackers. Place mixture in a covered container in the refrigerator. To serve, place a teaspoon of the mixture on a Ritz cracker. Place on cookie sheet and broil just until golden, about 1 minute (watch them carefully). Serve immediately. Makes about 40 snacks.
