6 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Whipped topping or ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Place rhubarb in 8-inch square baking dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon in medium bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over rhubarb. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot or cold with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired.
