2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup uncoooked rice
1-1/2 cups water
1 cut-up fryer

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, combine soup, soup mix, rice and water. Place fryer on top. Bake at 350F. for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Place foil on top for the first hour.
