4 (6 oz.) lean center loin pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Vegetable cooking spray
Fresh parsley sprigs

Trim excess fat from chops, place chops in a shallow baking dish. Combine juice, soy sauce, and garlic, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Arrange chops on a grill coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 to 6 inches over medium coals 15 minutes or until chops are tender, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
Transfer to a platter; garnish with parsley.
