I like pepper jelly but I've never made it mylsef. I've seen recipes where it's paired with a cheddar cheese mix where the jelly is put on top. Of course I've done the cream cheese thing too and it's always a hit at parties. I really like what you've created with the pork. Sounds delicious.Sam
