I use an external flash on my camera which does a fantastic job (more info on that in the About Annie section ), and occasionally use post-processing to lighten things up a bit more if necessary.[]

3/4 cup uncooked quick oats\\
1/2 cup finely chopped onions\\
1 egg, slightly beaten\\
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley\\
2 tablespoons lemon juice\\
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce\\
2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil\\
4 whole-grain hamburger buns\\
Lettuce leaves\\
4 tomato slices

Drain and flake salmon. Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Pan-fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown. Serve salmon patties in buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
