4-6 lean pork chops
4-6 heaping tablespoons long grain rice
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Brown chops in lightly oiled skillet on both sides. Season. Place in covered baking dish. Wash rice and pile heaping tablespoon on each chop. Cover with soup; add water; place cover on dish and bake 1 hour at 350F. For added flavor, add water to drippings and pour over ingredients.
Note: Carol uses milk instead of water and puts chopped onions on top of each chop. She doesn't brown the chops. She puts the chops on top of rice.
